What is the role?
We’re looking for a proven, motivated and creative Corporate Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and engagement within the corporate pillar of the Lumon organisation. Planning, creating, managing and reporting on activation and campaign activities, driving new business, and engaging existing clients to support the growth ambitions of Lumon.
Partnering with the wider Marketing team, including CRM and Digital Marketing, as well as the Revenue and Sales teams, you will be responsible for developing the Lumon Corporate brand, creating collateral, organising engaging events, and driving PR activities to ensure that Lumon develops it’s brand awareness, and becomes known for our industry leading expertise in currency and foreign exchange.
This is a critical role for the business and you’ll be fully emersed in the short term trading and long term strategy development to deliver the next phase of growth for Lumon. You can expect high levels of access and exposure to executive leadership and ongoing professional development support in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive team & culture.
What will you be doing day to day?
- Develop and deliver the Corporate Marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation and ongoing client engagement, to drive the Corporate growth strategy.
- Alongside the Corporate Revenue team, develop the Lumon Corporate brand proposition and corporate identity.
- Design, drive and execute ongoing multi-channel and multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns that feed the sales funnel.
- Incorporate consumer insight and user research to optimise the marketing campaigns
- Forecast, measure and analyse the impact of programs on sales cycles; monitor reports and dashboards to demonstrate progress toward goals.
- Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Creating relevant sales collateral to support the sales team in events.
- Create a culture of test and learn to optimise our approach on an ongoing basis.
- Develop strong relationships with the Corporate Revenue and Sales team, and the product and Engineering team to collaborate on strategy to drive the Lumon Corporate growth aspirations.
- Collaborate with the CRM team and Digital Marketing team to ensure a consistent approach to Lumon Corporate marketing strategy across.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation across the marketing strategy.
- Work closely with partner account management teams to optimise and grow partnerships.
- Ensure all communication adheres to the relevant regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a customer centric culture by continually putting customers at the heart of all business decisions.
- Constantly bring the outside in, sharing best in class examples from both within and beyond the industry – be that in terms of technology, contact strategy, content, execution etc.
What experience do you need to be successful in the role?
- 5yrs+ B2B marketing experience
- Previous experience in a financial services environment is a plus, but exposure to any fast paced, data rich, B2B organisation is relevant experience
- Proven experience of putting customer at the heart of data driven decision making and supporting weekly optimisation of commercial performance.
- Commercially savvy, with a bias for action
- Excellent relationship builder, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- You’ll be highly ambitious with high levels of curiosity, low ego, a strong work ethic and you’ll put the team’s success ahead of your own. You’ll have a career to date that demonstrates hard work, a focus on fulfilling your potential and enabling others around you to do the same.
- Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful individual
- Proven success in delivering omni-channel campaigns for corporate audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to analyse data to drive marketing campaign effectiveness
- Project and event management experience
