The Role:
Are you a real estate professional looking to move into a dynamic, fast-growing role focused on building long-term business relationships and driving growth? Lumon Pay, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking a Partnership Manager to help expand and strengthen our partner network. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in real estate who excels in client-facing roles and is eager to apply their skills in a new, exciting environment.
As a Partnership Manager at Lumon Pay, you’ll be at the forefront of our strategy for growth, working closely with our established partners to increase revenue, drive referrals, and deliver exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your real estate experience while transitioning into a more business-focused, partnership-driven environment.
Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Manager, you will manage relationships with key partners, driving new business opportunities and ensuring the success of our mutual clients. You’ll collaborate with professionals from various sectors, helping our partners grow and ensuring that Lumon Pay delivers the highest standards of service.

We are looking for someone who:
- A relationship builder: You have experience managing long-term client relationships and know how to turn these into profitable partnerships.
- A strong communicator: You can confidently engage with a range of people, from partners to internal teams, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organised: You excel at managing your time effectively, juggling multiple priorities to meet deadlines and targets.
- Customer-focused: You understand the importance of delivering an outstanding experience for your partners to drive business success.
- Results-driven: You have a proven track record of achieving targets and are always seeking ways to improve.
- A positive problem solver: You approach challenges with a can-do attitude, always looking for solutions and opportunities.
- Fluent in English: As this is a client-facing role, a high level of spoken and written English is essential.
- Multilingual (a plus): Additional language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a plus, especially in markets where we have active partnerships.
