Join our amazing team!
Who are we?
Lumon is a leading financial services company specialising in foreign exchange and international payments. We are passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to effortlessly manage their overseas transactions. Our mission is to become the world’s most trusted currency partner and this underpins everything we do.
At Lumon, we believe in building trust through transparency, collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving our goals. With big ambitions and a bold vision, Lumon is the ideal place for those with the drive, ingenuity, and passion to help us reach them.
Role purpose
Lumon’s UK partnership network — particularly within the estate agency sector — is one of the business’s most valuable assets. This newly created role has been designed to support its continued growth and long-term success.
Reporting into the Key Partner Director and working closely alongside senior members of the partnerships team, the Partnerships Manager will manage, develop and grow relationships with UK-based introducer partners, primarily estate agents and allied property professionals.
This role will suit someone who already understands the UK property supplier landscape and the dynamics of a B2B2C referral model — where success comes from influencing, supporting and enabling partners to confidently introduce clients, rather than selling directly to the end consumer.
Key responsibilities
Identify, engage and onboard new UK-based introducer partners, with a strong focus on estate agency suppliers and property-related businesses
Build trusted, long-term relationships through regular, value-led contact
Understand how partners operate, what motivates referrals, and where Lumon adds the most value to their client proposition
Ask consultative questions to fully understand partner and client FX requirements
Work closely with the Trading Team to ensure smooth, efficient execution of client transactions
Collaborate with the Client Onboarding Specialists (CES) to maximise conversion from partner referrals
Keep partners informed of macroeconomic and market factors that may impact exchange rates and client budgets
Own forecasting and pipeline management for your territory
Conduct regular partner reviews, analysing historic trade values, commission performance and future referral potential
Support partners in positioning Lumon as a trusted extension of their service to clients
Monitor competitor activity and confidently articulate Lumon’s differentiation in the market

A proven track record of exceeding targets, KPIs or revenue goals
Strong territory and pipeline management experience
A commercially minded, relationship-led approach to business development
Confidence in prospecting, opening new partner relationships and growing referral volumes
The ability to influence without authority and earn trust with experienced estate agents
Resilience, persistence and comfort handling objections and gatekeepers
A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve
A collaborative, team-first attitude — we are one
If you’re already embedded in the UK property supplier ecosystem, understand how estate agents think, and enjoy driving growth through partnerships rather than hard selling, we’d love to hear from you.
