The Role
We’re looking for a proven, motivated, and creative Senior Content Manager to join our Marketing team. Content sits at the heart of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for translating our brand messaging into high‑performing campaigns that support both our Private and Corporate divisions—driving new business and increasing engagement with existing clients.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a talented internal content team as well as a network of freelancers to create relevant and engaging content across social, web, print, and email. This is a critical and high‑visibility role, offering substantial exposure to executive leadership and ongoing professional development within a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Day‑to‑Day
Define, develop, and deliver a clear and compelling content and editorial strategy across all touchpoints.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing content team (two Content Executives + freelance copywriters).
Help set Marketing team priorities, advocating for content as a key driver of growth and retention.
Lead the development of our website, ensuring alignment across technology, SEO, and content teams.
Champion a test‑and‑learn culture using experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve engagement.
Define KPIs and use data to iterate on content topics and formats across both Private and Corporate audiences.
Manage content investment, including freelance resources.
Ideate and provide messaging and creative direction for marketing campaigns.
Build content strategies aligned to campaign goals—goal first, channel second.
Conduct planning and research, bringing in the right expertise to generate engaging ideas.
Partner with stakeholders across front‑office revenue teams, compliance, technology, and marketing to ensure content aligns with business goals.
Experiment with AI tools to scale content creation efficiently and coach the team in their use.
Act as the internal content champion, ensuring all output is on brand, accurate, and high quality.
Maintain consistency of tone of voice and positioning across all content formats—from whitepapers to social posts.
What Experience You’ll Need
3+ years’ experience in marketing content.
Previous experience in financial services—ideally FX.
Proven ability to put the customer at the heart of data‑driven decision‑making and weekly commercial optimisation.
Commercially savvy with a strong bias for action.
Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
High levels of ambition, curiosity, low ego, strong work ethic, and a track record of enabling team success.
Creative, energetic, innovative, proactive, and resourceful approach.
Demonstrated success delivering omni‑channel campaigns.
Exceptional attention to detail and copywriting skills; excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to analyse data to drive marketing effectiveness.
Project and event management experience.

30 minute recruiter call/video
30 minute video with hiring manager
1-hour final interview with a take-home brief and presentation
