Started at Lumon as Chief People Officer in July 2021. However started my career in Finance. Qualified as an accountant as I do love numbers. Through lots of luck and a bit of determination I got the chance to move horizontally in business, from Finance to Change Management to People. Most of my experience is in Financial Services, but there is some Retailing and Accountancy Practice in there too.
