The Partnerships team
Lumon has built a long‑standing presence in the real estate market and France remains one of our key growth markets. We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join the Leggett account team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of running biggest private account at Lumon and the key area will be working around Dordogne and Leggett Head Office, through the Centre of France, Perigord Noir and Quercy.
In a Nutshell
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our professional team. You will play a pivotal role in Lumon’s growth by:
Developing strong relationships with the Leggett agents in your teams to ensure they are confident to introduce LUMON to their clients at all opportunities.
Training and supporting your agents on a 1:1 basis and at coaching and team meetings, alongside working with the AC’s
Building a strong, sustainable pipeline to circulate to the dealers and CES teams.
Visiting Leggett Head Office to run the New Agents training programme in French and English every month
What You’ll Be Doing
Relationship Management
Build and nurture long term strategic relationships to support partner success – this can range from working with new agents to more experienced referrers.
Revenue Growth & Project Leadership
Collaborate with partners to drive new opportunities and new business revenue aligned with your region’s market.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to support partner engagement and growth.
Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and Lumon’s offerings.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic expansion.
You Should Apply If You Have…
Experience in selling property in France, FX or partnerships management
Strong understanding of the French market for international buyers and vendors
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel to partners when necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
A growth mindset and hunger to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects
Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
An entrepreneurial mindset and drive for innovation
A passion for building relationships and making a tangible impact
