Your Hiring Journey at Lumon

We keep our process straightforward and transparent, so we can get to know your strengths and you can get to know us.
Our interview process typically takes four to six weeks across three stages. This may vary by role, but here's what to expect, plus how to prepare and what we commit to along the way.

Phase One: Getting Started

  • Apply

    Submit your CV and answer a few role-specific questions. You’ll get instant confirmation.

  • Application Review

    If you are a suitable match for the position, a member of our Talent team will be in touch to schedule an exploratory call.

Phase Two: Deeper Conversations

  • Exploratory Call

    15 to 30 minutes to understand your expectations and experience, and give you the chance to ask any questions.

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager

    30 to 45 minutes video call focused on your experience and approach to the role. For leadership roles, you may meet an additional stakeholder.

  • Final Interview and Assessment

    60 minutes onsite, meeting the hiring manager and a team member to talk through the role and get a real sense of our culture.

    For most positions, this includes an assessment reflecting real work, with the format shared in advance. It's also your chance to interview us.

Phase Three: The Outcome

  • Final Decision

    We assess how your skills, approach, and mindset align with the role and team.

  • Offer

    Once everything is in place, the Talent team will send you a detailed offer with all the information you need to make your decision.

  • Checks and Onboarding

    You've accepted our offer. We'll now carry out reference and background checks and get everything ready for your first day.
